Our menus are second to none and reflect the freshness and diversity we believe is the key to Spanish cuisine. Using good quality olive oil, fresh vegetables, meat and fish, and our own wide-ranging experience of Spanish cooking, we produce delicious dishes which introduce the many culinary influences of Spain.

A Paella

All our paellas are served with baskets of bread and butter and a choice of exciting salads. For example: platters of sliced beefsteak tomatoes drizzled with balsamic vinegar and garnished with fresh basil, dressed mixed leaves, roasted butternut squash and Serrano ham, Russian salad, artichoke heart and sun dried tomato, hot bean and chorizo.

Paella marinera - £15.00
Our signature dish – paella rice cooked with squid, mussels, langoustines, crevettes, white fish, plus peppers, flavoured with lemon and rosemary.
Paella con carne - £15.00
Paella rice cooked with chicken, pork, chorizo, peppers and peas, flavoured with lemon and rosemary.
Paella mixta - £15.00
Paella rice cooked with chicken, peppers, prawns, squid, mussels and peas, flavoured with lemon and rosemary.
Paella de verduras - £15.00
Paella rice cooked with red onions, leeks, peppers, beans, mange tout and other fresh seasonal vegetables, flavoured with lemon and rosemary.

Tortilla Espanola
Spanish omelette served on a wooden platter on a bed of mixed leaves, cut into cubes and presented on cocktail sticks.
Tortilla con Chorizo
As above, but cooked with spicy Spanish sausage
Pimientos con arroz rellenos
Baby peppers stuffed with a mixture of rice, butter, onions and parsley
Gazpacho shots
A shot glass of refreshing chilled gazpacho, the classic dish of Andalucia. Deep red flavoursome chilled soup garnished with peppers, cucumber and croutons
"Little swords" in Spanish - morsels of meat, fish and vegetables presented on long wooden skewers - ideal for a nibble with drinks
Lightly toasted rounds of bread with a variety of toppings – prawn mayonnaise, Manchego and membrillo, Serrano ham, smoked fish, stuffed peppers, smoked salmon and caviar, mountain ham and quails’ eggs
Endibias estofadas
Crunchy endives stuffed with either anchovies, strips of Spanish ham or pepper topped with a tangy salsa
Pulpo Gallega
The classic Galician dish of tender octopus dressed with smoked paprika and olive oil, presented on cocktail sticks
A platter of mixed meats and cheeses garnished with cornichons and capers
Plump juicy pitted olives marinated in olive oil, garlic, rosemary and chilli
Pan con Tomate
Lightly toasted breads rubbed with a clove of garlic then topped with pulped fresh tomatoes and finished with a drizzle of olive oil and a shake of sea salt

We promise we will never chop up a drooping lettuce, scatter some cucumber over it and call it a salad. Our range of salads might include a platter of juicy beefsteak tomatoes drizzled with balsamic vinegar and garnished with torn basil leaves, a summery peach and mozzarella salad, olives and artichoke hearts, roasted butternut squash and Serrano ham in autumn, or a hot bean and chorizo salad. It all depends what is fresh and in season. Our salads are a meal in themselves.

A selection of fresh fruits and cheese is an excellent way to end a typical Spanish meal. We are happy to work with you to ensure that we provide your favourite fruits and cheeses and can theme our cheese platter should you require. In addition, we can now offer a range of hand made desserts to suit all tastes.

Contemporary desserts - £6.00
Hand-made by our local partner. Choose from a wide range of delicious contemporary desserts. For example: New York Fantasy cheesecake, treacle tart, double chocolate torte, lemon tart, chocolate roulade, Spanish almond tart, lemon meringue pie, raspberry pavlova, winter berry mousse or French apple tart, all served with cream. Each one is a work of art. We are happy to work with any suggestions you may have.
Trio of desserts - £7.00
You can enjoy a delicious and elegant trio of double chocolate torte, fruit kebab with a honey and yoghurt drizzle and an individual tangy lemon tart. Or choose from our extensive list of home made puddings.
